TPF Bharat launches new Matta Vadi rice brand 

TPF Bharat Private Limited has launched Matta Naad, a brand of Matta Vadi Rice — in the Kerala market.

Chris Tolin, Managing Director of TPF Bharat, said, “We’ve been in Matta Vadi Rice processing for over 5 years and is supplier to leading domestic and global brands. With three factories in Central Kerala — we have a joint capacity to process 4,500 tonne of rice monthly. A team of 170 professionals manage areas of procurement, quality control, operations and marketing.”

The company’s products are already exported to 18 countries across and are available under various labels, in European and other markets, he said.

Sourced and processed with utmost care, Matta Naad offers long, fluffy, non-sticky grains that cook to perfection every time. Available in 1, 5, and 10, 30 and 50kg packs, the brand is now on shelves across supermarkets, groceries, modern trade outlets and online.

With the launch of the new brand, he said the company is targeting a turnover of ₹65 crore in FY 2025–26. TPF Bharat also plans to expand its portfolio with ready-to-cook and savoury products under the Matta Naad brand. The company is promoted by the leadership behind Tolins Tyres Limited and other Tolins Enterprises.
