Constitution of India , Art.226— Blacklisting of member of cricket association – Legality – Appellant was blacklisted by cricket association on the ground that he had failed to implead district cricket associations as directed by Ombudsman, in his application for framing uniform byelaws – Appellant had made out a plausible case to suggest that proceedings before Ombudsman were not transparent and that copies of relevant orders were not provided to him – Appellant’s application was not in form of adversarial litigation requiring mandatory opportunity of hearing to DCAs – Order passed by cricket association blacklisting appellant was struck down – Order of High Court upholding blacklisting, was set aside
