A rise in future offerings dragged tea prices at Kochi auctions this week, with rates of CTC dust ruling lower.

In sale 18, the market was lower by ₹2 to ₹4 and sometimes more as the sale progressed with a lot of withdrawals. The offerings in CTC dust were 5,60,450 kg, witnessing a 78 per cent sales percentage.
