Vikas Chadha has been appointed Global CEO of the Chennai-based TVS Supply Chain Solutions

TVS Supply Chain Solutions has appointed Vikas Chadha as Global CEO with effect from January 22, 2026. The Chennai-based TVS Supply Chain Solutions on Wednesday announced a structured leadership transition plan following the decision of Ravi Viswanathan, Managing Director, to retire during the course of the financial year 2026–27.

Prior to this, Chadha was CEO at the Dubai-based Jumbo Electronics Company Ltd, said sources.

This appointment follows a comprehensive succession planning process led by the board and its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, TVS SCS said in an announcement to the stock exchanges.

During the transition period, Viswanathan will continue to serve as Managing Director and will work closely with Chadha to ensure leadership continuity and execution of the company’s strategy. The Board of Directors intends to complete the leadership transition during the Financial Year 2026–27.

Commenting on the transition, R. Dinesh, Chairman, said, “As the company continues its strong focus on long-term value creation for all stakeholders, succession at the top leadership level and the planned transition reflect our commitment to continuity. Chadha brings extensive international experience, and I look forward to working closely with him.”

Commenting on the appointment, Ravi Viswanathan, Managing Director, said, “I remain fully committed to ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated transition and to supporting Vikas as he is inducted and prepares for a seamless leadership transition.”

On his appointment, Chadha, said, TVS SCS has built a strong global platform with deep customer partnerships and a talented team.
