Trump Briefed On Epstein By Bondi? WSJ Report Ignites White House Storm

According to a Wall Street Journal report, Pam Bondi privately informed President Trump in May that his name had surfaced multiple times in the Epstein files, alongside other powerful individuals, albeit under “unverified hearsay.” This comes just days after Trump filed a lawsuit against WSJ and Rupert Murdoch, claiming their report, alleging he sent a birthday letter to Epstein, was entirely false. Trump lashed out, branding the letter “fake” and blaming the media for orchestrating a liberal smear campaign. The White House responded, stating Trump had once banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago for inappropriate behavior, and that appearing in documents did not imply guilt. Despite the clarification, online backlash erupted, with critics calling for Trump to resign. Bondi and her deputy later confirmed the briefing, framing it as a routine update on findings.
