‘Tearful’ Kim Kardashian gives shocking testimony in 10mn Paris robbery trial; ‘I thought I was going to be raped and…’
Kim Kardashian on Tuesday appeared before a judge in a Paris courtroom, where she testified about allegedly being robbed at gunpoint in 2016. In her chilling testimony, Kardashian said that she feared she would be raped and killed.
Having tears in her eyes, the reality star, 44, said that the incident “changed everything”, adding that “I was certain he was going to rape me.”
Kim Kardashian recalls chilling robbery incident
Kardashian stated that she was in bed when she sensed that somebody was “stomping” outside. She saw men in police uniform and they were accompanied by handcuffed man who was the first floor concierge.
She added, “I was obviously very confused when they walked in,” mentioning that she kept asking the concierge what was going on. “I understand how shocked he was and he was just a victim just like me.”
The robbers then shoved Kardashian into the bed as they asked for her ring. “I said to the concierge, ‘I have babies, tell them, I just have to make it home,’” she testified in the court, adding that the concierge responded, “‘I don’t know, I don’t know if we’re going to die.’”
One man pointed a rifle toward her while the other wrapped tape around her mouth and hands as she lay on the bed. “He grabs my legs and pulls me. I’m naked and my everything is exposed,” she recalled the horrific incident. “I was sure that I was going to be raped.”

Kim Kardashian says she started praying for her sister Kourtney
Kardashian went on to share that she started praying for her sister Kourtney because she was afraid she would return to the hotel and discover her dead. “I absolutely thought I was going to die,” she said in response to the judge’s question about whether she believed she would die that evening.
The burglars apparently left her on the bathroom floor at one point, where she managed to remove the tape off her hands. They fled outside and took refuge in the bushes after she located Simone Harouche, her stylist, who was lodging on the floor beneath her.
Kim Kardashian forgives robber
In the court, Kardashian said that she has forgiven the primary defendant who is accused of robbing her of $10 million worth of jewelry.
After hearing Aomar Ait Khedache’s letter of apology, she told the the Paris court, “I wanted so badly to be a lawyer and fight for people … I’ve always believed in the second chance.”
Turning her face thanked him for the letter, saying that “I forgive you for what has taken place but it does not change the emotion, the feelings, the trauma and the way my life changed.”
Kim Kardashian’s security sees massive change since robbery incident
Kardashian mentioned her security practices have changed significantly since 2016 and told the jury that she now requires four to six guards at her house at night “just for me to feel safe.”
While attending fashion week in France in October 2016, Kardashian got robbed at gunpoint in her hotel room in Paris.
A $4 million diamond ring from her ex-husband, Kanye West, which she flaunted on social media in the days before her trip, was among the over $10 million worth of valuables she brought with her. She was allegedly tied up and threatened at gunpoint after five men posing as law enforcement officers broke into her hotel room and asked her to hand over the ring.
