Tata Memorial Centre Partners with GE HealthCare to Launch Advanced Cancer Research Centre, ET HealthWorld

Bengaluru: Cancer care centre Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with GE HealthCare Technologies Inc. to establish a Cancer Research & Innovation Centre.

It is indicated that TMC will serve as the clinical oncology partner and GE HealthCare as the technology partner.

The collaboration aims to advance clinical research and academic engagement through a Joint Working Group that will outline key project areas and a five-year roadmap.

The partnership is intended to accelerate development and validation of technologies in oncology, including AI-based applications for medical imaging, clinical workflows, and advanced visualization tools.

It also covers data annotation for application development and enterprise health informatics solutions to support personalized cancer care.
