Ingredients
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds

¼ tsp black salt
¼ tsp regular salt
¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
Rinse the pumpkin seeds and dry them completely with a clean cloth.
Heat a non-stick pan on low–medium flame.
Add pumpkin seeds to the pan and roast for 4–5 minutes until they start popping.
Pour oil over the seeds and mix well so they are lightly coated.
Add peri peri seasoning, chilli powder, garlic powder, black salt and regular salt.
Stir for 2 minutes until the spices coat the seeds evenly.
Switch off the flame and let the seeds cool down completely. They will become crispy as they cool.
Store in an airtight jar for up to a week. Enjoy as a snack or topping.
