Narayana Health Launches Free ECG Screening Camps for Women’s Health Initiative, ETHealthworld

Bengaluru: Narayana Health has announced that it will support the Central Government’s Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan by organising free ECG screening camps for women Wednesday at Narayana Health City, Bengaluru, and across more than 20 of its units nationwide.

Speaking about the initiative, Dr.Devi Shetty, Founder and Chairman, Narayana Health, said, “A woman’s health is the pillar of well-being in a family, and we wholeheartedly welcome the government’s initiative of Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan.

At Narayana Health, our dream has always been to make quality healthcare accessible to everyone. Through this initiative we are aiming to provide 5,000 free ECGs across the country and we are not merely giving a diagnostic test; we are opening the door to conversation and awareness of heart health.”

Adding to this, Dr. Emmanuel Rupert, MD & Group CEO, Narayana Health, said, “Women’s health is a national priority, and heart disease is often a silent threat.

By offering quick, accessible ECG screening across our network, we hope to detect disorders early and connect women to timely care. This initiative reaffirms our commitment to public health and preventive care, aligned with the government’s mission of healthier women, healthier families, and a healthier India.”

Women can walk in at their nearest Narayana Health facility between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on the designated day to avail themselves of the free ECG screening.

Spread across more than 20 Narayana Health units nationwide, the initiative aims to raise awareness and enable early detection of cardiovascular diseases among women.
