MAIA Estates secures ₹120 crore to develop 36-storey residential project in Basavanagudi

MAIA Estates has secured ₹120 crore in funding from Arnya, a boutique real estate investment firm, to develop The Seven, a twin-tower 36-storey residential project in Basavanagudi, South Bengaluru. The construction is slated to commence in early 2026, with completion expected by 2029.
The development will comprise spacious 4 BHK and larger homes across approximately 6 lakh square feet of built-up area.

Presently, MAIA has developed and delivered 2 projects – Pelican Grove, and 27 Summit. It has about 11 projects under various stages of planning and construction
