Kolte-Patil Developers’ sales volume stood at 0.86 million sq ft, up 2% q-o-q, with its flagship integrated township project, Life Republic, contributing 0.51 million sq ft to total sales during the quarter.

Kolte-Patil Developers Limited, a leading Pune-based real estate company with a presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru, has reported steady growth in its operational performance for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

The company recorded sales of ₹670 crore in Q2 FY26, reflecting a 9 per cent quarter-on-quarter (q-o-q) growth, supported largely by sustenance inventory. Sales volume stood at 0.86 million sq ft, up 2 per cent q-o-q, with its flagship integrated township project, Life Republic, contributing 0.51 million sq ft to total sales during the quarter.

Collections for the quarter rose 8 per cent q-o-q to ₹596 crore, driven by a healthy construction pace across ongoing projects. The company’s realisation improved to ₹7,823 per sq ft, marking a 7 per cent q-o-q and 5 per cent year-on-year (y-o-y) increase, attributed to firm pricing and sustained demand for its 24K offerings.

In October 2025, Kolte-Patil Developers also acquired a 7.5-acre land parcel in Bhugaon, Pune, with an estimated saleable area of 1.9 million sq ft and a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,400 crore.
