Hiranandani Communities projects revenue of ₹50,000 crore from its ongoing projects in 10 years

Mumbai-based Hiranandani Communities led by real estate developer Niranjan Hiranandani is currently undertaking projects with revenue projections of nearly ₹50,000 crore in about 10 years.

The projects include the recently announced Hiranandani Sands, a township in the coastal town of Alibaug, near Mumbai, with revenue projections of nearly ₹17,000 crore and Hiranandani Fortune at Panvel in Mumbai where the projections could be over ₹25,000 crore, Niranjan Hiranandani told businessline.

“We have a growth story between 15 per cent and 25 per cent growth every year. Developing townships has been my bread-and-butter business,” he said.

On Tamil Nadu, Hiranandani said the revenue projection at Oragadam township in five years is around ₹4,000 crore from the present ₹250 crore, he added.

With an estimated revenue projection of ₹17,000 crore over a period of 10 years, the Alibaug development features luxury homes, signature villas, plotted developments, branded serviced apartments and designed to cater to the affluent buyers globally. It is coming up in 225 acres. The township will also have five hotels, plots, a convention centre and best water sports in India, he said. Hiranandani Sands will be one India’s best beach destinations with a private jetty on the beach, he added.

The 450 acres Fortune City in Panvel will see revenue projections of ₹25,000 crores when it is completed in the next 7-9 years. The company had already delivered 2,000 apartments; another 1,700 is under construction. “We are going to add another 1,500 apartments, starting in the next 3 months,” he said.

Hiranandani said, “We have forayed into Pune with a joint development project with Krisala Developers in a 50:50 revenue sharing model. The township has an estimated revenue potential of ₹7,000 crore,” he said.
