Chinese defence stocks shoot up
Shares of Chinese defence manufacturing companies rallied on Wednesday, as the escalation in tensions between India and Pakistan boosted the outlook for exporters. Pakistan, which has imported a bulk of the defence equipment, claimed to have shot down Indian jets. This led to speculation that Chinese platforms may have been deployed in the conflict.
