Lemon adds flavor without significantly impacting blood sugar levels, while water helps flush out toxins and gently kick-start metabolism. This drink can also reduce bloating and help you feel fresh and active in the morning.

2. Green tea

Green tea is an excellent morning beverage for diabetics. It is rich in antioxidants and catechins that help reduce inflammation and improve insulin sensitivity.
