Justo acquihires Hustlewin to strengthen Pune operations

Justo RealFintech Limited, a technology-enabled, mandate-driven real estate sales, marketing, and execution platform, has announced the strategic acquihire of Pune-based Hustlewin.

Founded in 2022, Hustlewin has quickly established itself as one of Pune’s fastest-growing real estate execution platforms, having sold over 1,000 flats with a cumulative sales value exceeding ₹900 crore and more than 10 lakh square feet of area across the Pune an Pimpri Chinchwad regions.

Through this integration, Hustlewin’s strong on-ground execution capabilities will be absorbed into Justo’s consolidated delivery framework.

The acquihire is expected to contribute more than ₹20 crore in annual revenue to Justo, beginning FY27.

As part of the transaction, 25 of Hustlewin’s top-performing professionals across sales, marketing, and execution will join Justo, significantly reinforcing the company’s footprint across Pune and surrounding micro-markets.

The move also enables Justo to take over execution responsibilities for four ongoing residential projects in Pune, in addition to a robust pipeline of upcoming mandates.

The acquihire enhances Justo’s execution strength by combining experienced on-ground leadership, deep developer relationships, and a proven mandate delivery model.

With the addition of transferred projects, active mandates, and a strong forward pipeline, the incremental mandate portfolio is expected to generate an annualised business potential of nearly ₹800–1,000 crore.

This strengthens Justo’s overall revenue visibility, complementing its existing business volume of approximately ₹2,000 crore.

Pushpamitra Das, Founder and CMD, Justo RealFintech Limited., said “This acquihire enhances our execution capability in a market that is strategically vital for us. Hustlewin’s on-ground expertise and micro-market understanding add meaningful strength to our platform. With Pushpendra coming on board, we are creating a more integrated, scalable engine for our mandate-led growth. We are also actively exploring similar opportunities to further strengthen and expand our presence in Mumbai and Pune.”
