Jaguar Land Rover inks fresh 1.46 lakh sq ft in Bengaluru’s Brigade Tech Park

Jaguar Land Rover Technology and Business Services India has leased 1.46 lakh sq ft of office space at Brigade Tech Gardens in Bengaluru. The company will pay a rent of at ₹1.67 crore per month. Jaguar has also provided a security deposit of ₹10.10 crore.

The agreement includes a steep escalation clause of 15 per cent every three months, as per real estate analytics firm Propstack.

According to registration documents, the automaker has taken up space across parts of the ground, first, fifth and eighth floors on a fresh five-year lease with Brigade Properties. The lease begins in two phases, May and December 2024, with rent commencement from October and December 2024.

The chargeable area of 146,816 sq ft has been leased at a warm-shell rent of ₹65 per sq ft per month. The company is additionally paying a fit-out rent of ₹65.95 lakh per month for the 67,065 sq ft block, translating to ₹98.35 per sq ft.
