G Square launches 15 Tamil Nadu projects with ‘Zero EB Revolution’

To mark its 13th anniversary, G Square launched the ‘Zero EB Revolution’, offering free solar panels up to 5 kW for buyers, ensuring zero electricity bills for 25 years.

G Square, India’s largest plotted real estate developer, announces a significant expansion on Friday with 15 new projects across Tamil Nadu – Hosur, Krishnagiri, Thoothukudi, Tenkasi, Thiruvallur, Salem, Chennai, Coimbatore, and Kanchipuram. With this launch, G Square expands its portfolio of planned plotted communities, further strengthening its leadership in the land and plotted development segment, says a release.

Premium gated plots

The new projects will offer plots in various configurations ranging from 600 sq ft to 2,400 sq ft, with prices starting at ₹1,500/sq ft and rising to ₹10,000/sq ft, depending on the location. Designed as premium, ready-to-build gated communities, the projects feature wide internal roads, landscaped open spaces, essential infrastructure, 24×7 CCTV security, and 1 year of free maintenance, says the release.

Vision for growth

Bala Ramajayam, Founder and Managing Director, G Square, said: “Expanding into nine key cities across Tamil Nadu represents a major milestone for G Square as we elevate our standards and take the company to the next league of real estate development. Our vision is to make land ownership not only accessible and secure but truly future-ready. Each G Square project is built on the pillars of transparency, sustainability, and a customer-first approach offering clear titles, digital payments, renewable energy solutions, and socially responsible communities.”

Zero EB revolution

On the occasion of its 13th anniversary, G Square also announced a sustainability initiative called the “Zero EB Revolution.” Under this program, every homeowner purchasing a plot in eligible projects will receive up to 5 kW of solar panels installed at no additional cost, ensuring zero EB bills for up to 25 years. G Square projects will include a Gaushala, a dedicated shelter for abandoned and stray cows, according to the release.
