Shriram Properties signs JDA for land in North Bengaluru to develop ₹600 crore project

Shriram Properties has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a 15-acre prime land parcel in North Bengaluru, with the first phase covering 7 acres. The company plans to develop a premium row houses project with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹600 crore.

Strategically positioned in one of North Bengaluru’s most coveted micro-markets, the upcoming project is designed to offer an exclusive row-house living experience that blends modern architecture with sustainable and nature-inspired design principles.

The move aligns with the company’s strategy to go asset-light through partnerships and efficient capital deployment in high-potential locations.
