Zoho’s valuation surges to ₹1.03 lakh crore, securing second spot among bootstrapped firms

The Chennai/US-based Zoho’s valuation has surged by 58 per cent to ₹1.03 lakh crore. It was in the second spot – after Serum Institute with a valuation of ₹2.11 lakh crore – among the top ten bootstrapped companies’ list, according to the Burgundy Private Hurun India 500 report.

The top ten Bootstrapped companies list also included Chennai-based Amalgamations at number 6, with a valuation of ₹56,660 crore, up 68 per cent over the previous year, the report said.

The report released by Burgundy Private, Axis Bank’s private banking business, in collaboration with research and publishing group Hurun India, marks the fourth edition of the ranking of India’s 500 most valuable companies.
