Shadowfax acquires Criticalog to expand services

Logistics services start-up Shadowfax has acquired transportation and logistics business CriticaLog India Private Ltd.

The company hasn’t disclosed the terms of the deal.

Critical logistics requirements

CriticaLog’s products and services are tailored to meet critical logistics requirements within identified industry verticals. The company also claims to offer faster pick up and distribution operations in Tier I and II cities, by customising the offering while directly working with the customers.

The company claims to have a clientele of over 400 top organisations and MNCs. With the integration of CriticaLog’s services with Shadowfax’s network, spanning 2,500+ cities and 18,000+ pin codes, will enhance Shadowfax’s ability to offer tailored logistics solutions across a broader range of sectors.
