Puravankara, KVN partner to develop ₹3,300-crore project in North Bengaluru

The LLP-structured project is strategically located near Kempegowda International Airport and key infrastructure corridors, targeting the region’s rising demand for integrated residential development.

Bengaluru-based realty major Puravankara has announced a joint venture with KVN Property Holdings to develop a 24.59-acre land parcel in North Bengaluru. The project, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding ₹3,300 crore, is expected to hit the market in the next 6–9 months.

This joint venture, structured as an LLP, is positioned to benefit from strong market demand, proximity to Kempegowda International Airport, and access to upcoming infrastructure and employment hubs.

Commenting on the land acquisition, Ashish Puravankara, Managing Director of Puravankara Limited, said,

“This joint venture highlights our sustained confidence in the North Bengaluru market, where we have already seen strong traction. The scale, location, and partnership model make this project an ideal platform for integrated development.”
