Mumbai airport bags top ACI accreditation for customer experience

Mumbai airport has received Airports Council International’s (ACI) level 5 accreditation for customer experience.

Mumbai airport received the recognition for its digital initiatives and enhanced passenger experience.

This is the highest level of accreditation granted by ACI. Mumbai airport is the first in India and only the third globally to achieve this recognition.

The accreditation was the outcome of a comprehensive review and training process, which includes stakeholder and employee engagement.

Jeet Adani, Director of Adani Airport Holdings Limited, said the achievement reinforces Mumbai airport’s role as a global leader in airport operations and passenger service and strengthens the resolve to shape the future of airport experiences.
