Mandatum plc will report its results on following days during 2025:

– 13 February 2025: Financial Statements Release for 2024

– 8 May 2025: Interim report for January–March 2025

– 14 August 2025: Half-year financial report for January–June 2025

– 11 November 2025: Interim report for January–September 2025

The Financial Statements, the Board of Directors’ Report including the Sustainability Statement, as well as the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for Governing Bodies for 2024 will be published as a stock exchange release and at Mandatum’s website during week 14.

Mandatum Group’s Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) will be published in May 2025.

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 15 May 2025. Possible dividend will be paid on 26 May 2025 at the earliest.
