Korean Association in India partners with Medanta for Healthcare Services, ETHealthworld

New Delhi: The Korean Association in India has signed a two-year partnership with Medanta to extend world-class healthcare services to Korean members of the association residing in India.

Under the partnership, Medanta will provide various services, including OPD consultations, Executive Preventive Health Check-ups (EHC), and inpatient care.

To ensure a seamless experience, a dedicated Korean helpdesk and helpline will be established, supported by a relationship manager to facilitate coordination and assistance.

The hospital chain will also form a green-channel registration and VIP tagging to streamline hospital processes.

The initiative is a significant step toward fostering international cooperation in healthcare and ensuring that Korean residents in India receive quality medical care in a comfortable and culturally aligned environment, Medanta said in a release.
