Jenifer An Accuses Kanye West Of Sexual Assault During 2010 Video Shoot
Kanye West has been sued for sexual assault by former America’s Next Top Model contestant Jenifer “Jenn” An, who alleges misconduct during the filming of the In for the Kill music video. The incident reportedly occurred on September 7, 2010, in New York City, where West, featured on a remix of the song, allegedly choked and gagged her on set. According to the lawsuit, Jenn detailed the traumatic experience, claiming she struggled to breathe and experienced a panic attack, ultimately feeling as though she “temporarily blacked out.” Jenn is seeking damages for trauma, humiliation, and emotional distress.
