Cristina stated, “It’s been more than two years, and my lawyer is now ready to take them to court.” She emphasised that it’s not just about the money; it’s about acknowledgment that the incident should not have occurred and that she did nothing wrong. Despite the time that has passed, she feels she is still not at 100 percent, experiencing daily pain and discomfort. “I try to avoid taking painkillers because I don’t want to wreck my stomach and liver,” she explained. However, during moments of enjoyment, like vacations, she often has to resort to medication to manage the pain.
