GMR Aero Academy partners with RMIT for advanced aviation training

GMR School of Aviation & GMR Aero Academy and Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for specialized training and professional education in key sectors of the aviation industry. 

The collaboration will focus on developing joint training and professional education programs to meet industry demand, including diplomas, degrees, top-ups/credit transfers, and specialized courses or modules for students and professionals. 

Ashok Gopinath, President & Accountable Manager of GMR Aero Academy and GMR School of Aviation, said, “By developing training programs that align with industry demands, we aim to foster a highly skilled workforce capable of meeting the challenges of an increasingly complex and competitive industry.”

“This partnership allows us to create meaningful, real-world educational opportunities that respond directly to the needs of the aviation sector,’‘ Lea Vesic, Director of RMIT Aviation Academy, said in a release.
