DCM Shriram recognised among top global chemical companies for ESG excellence

DCM Shriram Ltd has been recognised among the top 7 per cent of 523 global chemical companies for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance in the prestigious S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) 2024. 

A company statement said DCM Shriram got a CSA score of 59 out of 100, up 5 points from a year ago, with the company strengthening its position as a leader in sustainable practices.

This recognition emphasises DCM Shriram’s commitment to environmental control, social responsibility, and robust governance principles, the statement said.

“We are happy to see our sustainability journey being recognised on a global platform. This milestone is a testament to our ongoing efforts to enhance transparency, governance, and performance in alignment with global sustainability goals,” the company said.

The statement said, DCM Shriram remains dedicated to integrating sustainable practices across its operations and contributing to a better future for all.
