J4E has been covered multiple times by various media like Sakal, Lokmat, Navbharat, Prabhat and DD Sahyadri etc. You will be glad to know that Today J4E has more than 2500 entrepreneurs, connected through 20 J4E WhatsApp group. J4E is going towards Digital along with setting up some robust processes. J4E organizes Entrepreneurs breakfast meeting every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. It helps entrepreneurs to meet like-minded people and work on the collaboration to grow business collectively.
Agenda of the J4E entrepreneur’s breakfast meet, it is divided into following parts, namely:

- Roundtable rapport building

This forum help entrepreneur to promote incorporates or in societies. This group is executed by Organizing committee of the J4E. They are Sachin Bhatia, Ujwal Jaitwar, Alok Nair, Anshika Maheshwari, Kanti Korpe, Tanya Sharan, Luv Shah, Jyotiendra Zaveri, Shubham Verma, Urvish Khandelwal & Sharmita Dey. They are here to help entrepreneurs to resolve their queries regarding J4E. They start with first agenda point the member introductions; it will help everyone to understand each other’s business expertise in detail.
They have some Guidelines to use Introduction more effectively :
- Registered members have to give their introduction within 60 seconds
- Unregistered members have to give their introduction in 20 seconds
Members introduction should include Name, Business Name, business expertise and Products or services you offer.

The USP of J4E is ROUNDTABLE RAPPORT BUILDING activity.
Once they understand each other businesses. They sit in a group of 5 to 6 people. Then they discuss each other’s business in more details and generate leads among each other. They create opportunities to help to promote each other ’s business.
Guideline for Roundtable rapport building activity :
1 Total time allocated is 12 minutes
2 Maximum 5 members on each table.
3 Each member has to introduce themselves in maximum 2 minutes which includes their introduction & for question answers by other members.
4 There will be buzz after every two minutes so that other person can start their introduction
5 Last 5 minutes are allocated to fill we share we care.

At the time of Roundtable, they create opportunities or generate leads. At the time of We Share We Care they announce the name of the person whom you are sharing a connection with their business growth.

On 9th of March, they celebrated international women day. They have felicitated 5 women entrepreneurs for their contribution to society or entrepreneurs community growth. - Mrs. Leena Khandekar – In recognition of successfully providing training to 5500+ women to make them self-employed.
- Mrs. Taru Mateti – In recognition of successfully completing 100KM Ultramarathon, 3 times 50KM Ultramarathon, 6 full marathons, and 60+ half marathons in last 5years.
- Mrs. Rohini Wanjpe – In recognition of successfully producing “Career Mantra” a TV show on ABP Majha and TV18 Lokmat since last 7 years.
- Mrs. Manjula Nair – In recognition of successfully covering interview or stories of 800+ startup/entrepreneurs in their Creative Bharat Platform.
